With over 20 years of training in Bharatanatyam with late Guru Smt. Hemamalini Arni, Kiranmayee has carved a niche for herself in the world of dance.
Despite her engineering background, Kiranmayee chose to diverge from the conventional path, embracing dance as her full-time vocation. As an emerging performing artist, she honed diverse life skills, venturing into realms such as branding, event management, content writing, fashion, decor, and graphic design.
A hiatus enforced by the Pandemic provided Kiranmayee with a fresh perspective on her art. Recognizing a gap in the accessibility of dance accessories, especially for parents, young students, upcoming dancers, and dance teachers, she conceptualized Tarikita to bridge this divide.
